Rebecca Ann Goodman Obituary

Rebecca Ann Curd Goodman, age 91 of Munfordville, Kentucky, peacefully passed away on May 22nd, 2026, surrounded by her loved ones.

She was born on February 18th, 1935, in Cave City, Kentucky. She is survived by her sister, Betsey Allison Brown.

She is survived by her children William Curd Daniel (Rita), Dawn Mosby Callis (Lon), Alan Reid Daniel (Jenny), Mark Alton Daniel (Kathy); her stepchildren Nan Goodman Kueller (Rick) and Jon William Goodman II (Carri).

Also survived by her grandchildren Billie Jean Daniel Sowell (Brad), Hannah Kate Slaughter, Hillary Curd Slaughter (Jason), Jordan Dane Daniel, Aaron Nicholas Daniel, Kurt Joy Daniel, Jennifer Ann Daniel McCulloch (Clint); step grandchildren Alexandra, Andreas, Max, Jack, and Katelyn.

Her great grandchildren Cayden, Gavin, Lena, Brennan, Ayden, Nolan, Boone, Mosby, and Kate.

She married Jon William Goodman on August 28th, 1991 in Las Vegas, Nevada. Jon preceded her in death in 2017. She was preceded in death by her mother Virginia Hoover Curd and father Daniel Trigg Curd II. She was preceded in death by siblings Daniel Trigg Curd III, Brent Alton Curd, Mary Virginia Curd, Price Dawson Curd, and William Martin Curd.

She and Jon built a beautiful life full of love, art, travel, horse racing, farmland, cooking, painting, dancing, supper clubs and always enough room for family and friends to join in on the fun. She will be greatly missed by all who loved her.

Visitation will be Friday, May 29th from 10:00am – 2:00pm CST at Sego Funeral Home in Munfordville, KY, with a funeral service beginning at 2:00pm—graveside service to follow immediately at the Munfordville Municipal Cemetery. A meal will be provided at Old Munford Inn, following the graveside service.

Obituary

Nevellen Craddock, age 81, of Munfordville, KY, passed Tuesday, February 21, 2023, at her home. She was a member of the Munfordville Presbyterian Church. She was a former chairman of the Hart County Library Board. She was the President of the Women's Club. Mrs. Craddock was a math and AP Computer Science Teacher for 28 years at Hart County High School. She was the daughter of the late Carl Vernon Clark and the late Rachel Pierce Clark She is preceded in death by her brother, Mendel Clark.

She is survived by her husband of 56 years, J.D. Craddock; three children, Clark Craddock (Kelly McFadzean), Munfordville, KY, John Craddock (Valerie), Glasgow, KY, Carter Craddock (Margaret), Louisville, KY; seven grandchildren, John Carter, Mary, Alexander, Pierce, and Nelson Craddock; John Austin and Jamison Geralds three sisters, Pam Shive (Charles), Camellia Edwards (Steve), and Tammy Ojo (Akinlolu); One Brother, Dr. Keith Clark (Becky); Her beloved Cat, Whiskers.

Nevellen was an avid and generous gardener and native plant advocate. She loved traveling with her family and most especially her husband. She also loved playing cards, beach-combing, knitting with friends, collecting ferns and rocks, She had a deep love of nature, the Green River, and baskets. She passed her love of reading to all her family and many friends. She was a tremendous role model with her love of math, computer programming, natural sciences, and justice. She will be missed but left us so many things to remind us to appreciate all that is around us and within us.

The family will receive friends 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM, Thursday, February 23, 2023 at Munfordville Presbyterian Church. Funeral services will be held at Munfordville Presbyterian Church at 12:00 PM, Thursday, February 23, 2023, Rev. Suzanne Barrow officiating. Burial will follow at Munfordville Municipal Cemetery.

Judith Grayson Obituary

We were saddened to learn of the passing of one of our members, Judy Grayson. Below is the text from her obituary from Winn Funeral Home.

Judith Ann Grayson

Judith Ann Grayson, age 78, peacefully gained her angel wings on August 20, 2021. If you had the pleasure of knowing her you knew she was one of a kind. She loved fiercely. She cared about every person in her life. Being in the presence of family and friends were her life’s passion. If there was an event or a good time to be had she would be close by. Judy and her love, Ken were avid travelers. They would load up their motor home with their dogs and head out west every year to enjoy their beautiful lives. Through their travels they have made lifelong friends around the globe. She will be greatly missed by many.

She is preceded in death by her husband, Kenneth A. Grayson; her parents, (Arthur and Lilian Miller);her sister, Dottie Caronna (Vincent), and brother, Marvin Miller (Pattie); brother-in-law, Paul Grayson; sister-in-law, Beverly Miller.

She leaves behind her daughters, Debby Nelligan; Diana Paczosa (Ricky) her grandson Ricky Paczosa; her granddaughters, Shonna Baldwin (Casey), and Krystin Nelligan Dillard; great grandchildren, Chase and Chelsea Dillard; her brothers, Gene Miller (Jean Mary) and Arthur Miller; her brother-in-law, Larry Grayson (Judy); her sister-in-law, Lois Grayson; sister-in-law, Mary Franko (Tony); several nieces and nephews; her church family at Munfordville Presbyterian; many friends and loved ones.

Memorial Services will be held at Winn Funeral Home in Horse Cave, Kentucky, Saturday September 4, 2021, at 4 p.m. Visitation will be held from 2 p.m. until service time.
